Sales Consultant – New Homes – £130k OTE (Canary Wharf)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join a fast‑growing new‑homes agency based in Canary Wharf. You will work with a small, high‑performing team selling off‑plan residential developments across London, focusing on converting leads into completed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for new‑home projects, from reservation to exchange and completion.
• Convert qualified leads provided by the CRM, marketing and lead‑generation team into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Achieve and exceed OTE targets through performance‑driven selling.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales or a related real‑estate discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Willingness to commute to Canary Wharf (E14) or relocate before starting.
• Strong understanding of off‑plan sales, reservation processes and completion procedures.
