Sales Executive – Managed Print Solutions

About the role

Join a well‑established, ambitious business in Birmingham as a Sales Executive focused on managed print solutions. You will drive new business, nurture existing accounts and maximise earnings through performance‑based commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Own an established customer portfolio, building strong relationships and uncovering opportunities to increase spend and introduce new solutions.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, understand their challenges and deliver tailored value‑added proposals.
• Create competitive quotations and proposals, follow up on queries and close deals.
• Expand and strengthen your network, generate new leads and raise brand awareness.
• Meet regularly with new and existing customers, act as a trusted advisor and showcase the full range of products and services.
• Influence, negotiate and guide customers through the sales cycle using exceptional communication skills.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, with a hunter‑gatherer mindset.
• Demonstrated background in managed print solutions and production print.
• Familiarity with major printer brands and print‑management software.
• Ability to offer finance solutions and propose financing options.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Commercially aware, proactive and strong business acumen.
• Excellent communicator who can build rapport and work collaboratively.

• Salary £28,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
