Sales Manager – HVAC (Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC engineering business in the Manchester area. You will develop and execute a dynamic sales plan, work closely with senior managers and engineers, and travel across the North of England to support customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Directors and regional managers to create sales targets, resource plans and clear communication of objectives.
• Analyse market trends, sales metrics and quarterly results to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver the sales plan, monitor progress, address issues and ensure targets are met.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships to increase sales of maintenance, repair and installation work.
• Work alongside engineers to resolve technical issues, attend site visits and oversee large, complex repair projects from inception to completion.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑year experience in sales and account management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to travel regularly within the North of England.
