Sales Manager – Logistics & Pallet Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager for Palletforce Logistics you will be responsible for meeting the company’s budget targets for pallet sales and storage/warehousing. The role is office‑based in Newbury and is ideal for a motivated graduate, apprentice or junior sales professional ready to take initiative and develop commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads, managing the full sales cycle to ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Prospect new customers through cold calls, emails and social media channels.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals for logistics and related services.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong desire to build a career in logistics sales.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong administrative and customer‑service skills.
