Sales & Partnership Lead – Giftware Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Partnership Lead to drive growth for a leading high‑end giftware and creative greetings business. Reporting to the Creative Director/Owner, you will join the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in expanding house accounts and export sales, particularly across London and the wider UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team, including the Sales & Admin Executive and Sales Executive, with regular virtual engagement.
• Design, implement and maintain robust sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee the transition away from the London sales agent, ensuring continuity and nurturing key house‑account relationships.
• Grow greeting‑card sales channels and develop new house‑account and export opportunities for the giftware range.
• Collaborate with Finance, Buying, Production and Creative teams on product development, market feedback and strategic planning.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales leadership within the creative, greetings or high‑end retail sector.
• Experience managing and developing both in‑person and remote sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and refine sales processes and procedures.
• Strong relationship‑building and account management expertise, especially with house accounts.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, comfortable operating at both leadership and operational levels.
