Sales Progressor – Property Transactions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a growing estate agency in Birmingham. You will be the key point of contact ensuring property transactions move smoothly from sale agreement to completion, working closely with buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from agreed sale through to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties.
• Proactively chase outstanding items that could delay exchanges or completions.
• Provide regular updates to all parties throughout each transaction.
• Build strong relationships to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impede progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property sales progression, estate agency or conveyancing.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and customer‑focused approach.

What we offer

• £30,000 basic salary with commission, up to £32,000 OTE.
• Full‑time or part‑time hours, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
