Sales & Purchasing Support Specialist

About the role

Prinova Europe Limited is looking for a Sales & Purchasing Support Specialist to join its London office on a 12‑month contract. Working in a hybrid model, you will support day‑to‑day commercial operations, bridging sales and procurement functions for a global ingredient supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Take, confirm and accurately input customer sales orders and purchase orders.
• Support purchasing activities for assigned product categories and coordinate with global purchasing teams.
• Prepare price quotations, assist with tender documents and contract renewals.
• Qualify leads and follow up on quotes, opportunities and sample requests.
• Act as the primary contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Monitor customer accounts and coordinate with sales, logistics, quality and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage product sample requests, arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses.
• Provide quality documentation to customers and work with the Quality team as needed.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate any issues or delays.
• Review stock levels for key accounts and support inventory oversight.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and external customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, purchasing, logistics, quality and finance.
