SAP Technology Architect & AI Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformations powered by SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Generative AI services. The role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing delivery and business development responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, design and implement SAP BTP cloud and Generative AI services to create scalable, intelligent solutions.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions across all BTP pillars – Extensibility, Integration, Data, Automation, and AI – leveraging GenAI, AI Core, and Joule.
• Facilitate design‑thinking and AI ideation workshops to uncover cloud, GenAI, and modern UI use cases.
• Define future‑ready technology roadmaps and target architectures for clients.
• Resolve complex Application Development & Integration challenges using SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and related services.
• Advise on intelligent automation, RPA, Machine Learning, and agent‑based solutions aligned with SAP’s Business AI strategy.
• Support business development activities, including bid and proposal preparation for SAP Cloud Platform services.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programmes in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of the full SAP S/4HANA stack, SAP BTP, and AI/Generative AI best practices.
• Leadership in SAP technology architecture with at least two full S/4HANA lifecycle implementations.
• Hands‑on delivery of an enterprise‑grade AI or Generative AI solution on SAP BTP, beyond proof‑of‑concept.
• Practical experience with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP AI Core, RAG frameworks, vector embeddings, and knowledge‑graph approaches.
• Ability to design AI solutions that integrate with SAP and non‑SAP landscapes (e.g., ECC, SuccessFactors).
