Seasonal Supervisor – Retail (Part‑Time)

About the role

Supervisors play a vital role in our team, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and crafting standout experiences throughout the year. You’ll have a genuine passion for connecting with customers and a talent for bringing out the best in their team. In this seasonal, part‑time position you will lead the shop floor, support the store manager and ensure a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, feedback and product‑knowledge support.
• Engage with customers, offering a warm welcome, asking open‑ended questions and delivering tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and ensure displays and shelves are well‑stocked and follow guidelines.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation, creative initiatives and in‑store events.
• Host in‑store parties, events and customer celebrations, training the team to run them confidently.
• Lead the store in the manager’s absence, overseeing daily operations, health and safety compliance and maximizing sales.
