About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced Secondary School Administrators to join busy secondary schools across the Midlands. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the school office, supporting staff and managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception area and handle visitor enquiries.
- Answer telephone and email queries from parents, staff and external contacts.
- Maintain pupil records, attendance data and update school management systems.
- Support admissions processes and general school administration.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders and teaching staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a school administration role.
- Familiarity with SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom (or similar) school management systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
