Secondary Supply Teacher

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to deliver high‑quality lessons across a range of Birmingham secondary schools. Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher, you will enjoy flexible, day‑to‑day assignments that fit your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject or provide general cover.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided.
- Build constructive relationships with students and staff.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and timetables.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- A genuine passion for inspiring young people.
