Missions principales

• Lead the modernization of engineering practices and drive innovation across global banking platforms.
• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from initial ideation to production-ready deployment.
• Implement advanced agentic AI frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into retail, investment, and wealth management services.
• Challenge existing conventions and introduce new architectural patterns to improve system efficiency.

Profil recherché

• Proven commercial experience in building and delivering scalable AI solutions.
• Strong software engineering background with mastery of modern architectures and containerization.
• Deep interest and practical knowledge in Generative AI and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Ability to innovate and bring fresh perspectives to complex engineering problems.
• An engineer's mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock and associated AI/ML services.
• Expertise in containerization and modern software design patterns.
• AWS or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
