Senior Building Surveyor – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior building surveyor position is based in Manchester and offers a hybrid working model across the office, client sites and home. You will join a fast‑growing consultancy that delivers high‑quality surveying and project services to commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and produce dilapidations reports.
• Prepare schedules of condition and manage contract administration.
• Produce detailed survey reports and attend regular client meetings.
• Manage a varied commercial portfolio including offices, hotels and specialist sectors.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Membership of MRICS or AssocRICS.
• Proven experience in dilapidations, contract administration and schedules of condition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
