About the role
We are seeking a Chartered Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join our growing multidisciplinary consultancy in Manchester. The role combines project delivery with professional development, supporting a strong pipeline of diverse surveying work.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of building surveying projects, including façade remediation, fire‑related instructions, defect diagnosis and condition surveys.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors, fostering team development.
- Contribute to the growth and visibility of the Manchester office.
- Deliver commercial and residential building surveying services.
Required profile
- MRICS‑qualified Building Surveyor.
- Strong technical expertise and client‑facing capability.
- Motivation to be part of a growing team rather than remain static.
