Senior Business Analyst - ERP

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a remote basis, working through an umbrella company under IR35. The role focuses on implementing European e‑invoicing and digital tax reporting solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of e‑invoicing and tax reporting capabilities for France, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Norway.
- Analyse and map end‑to‑end finance processes including AP, AR, intercompany, employee expenses and tax.
- Gather requirements, produce system specifications and manage stakeholder expectations throughout ERP implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on SAP, Oracle or other cloud ERP platforms to ensure compliance with EU VAT regulations and ViDA phase execution.
Required profile
- Several years of Business Analysis experience in global finance, tax or ERP projects.
- Deep knowledge of EU VAT rules and e‑invoicing standards.
- Prior exposure to the Medical Device or Life Sciences sector is highly preferred.
