Senior Business Development Representative – AI PropTech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing PropTech startup that leverages artificial intelligence to automate real‑estate communications. Based in London, you will act as the engine of the sales organisation, qualifying inbound leads and shaping high‑value opportunities for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads within 15 minutes of receipt.
• Conduct discovery calls to capture business requirements for websites, custom software, and AI‑powered solutions.
• Develop detailed project scopes and draft initial solution recommendations.
• Maintain a high‑volume outbound cadence of 80‑100 touchpoints daily across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Book 30+ qualified appointments per month for the Senior Sales Executive.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date with accurate opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within SaaS, MarTech, FinTech or similar tech sectors.
• Strong ability to understand technical product offerings and translate them into client value.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of meeting high appointment targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑changing scale‑up environment.

Required skills
