Business Development Manager

About the role

Join Antalis' Packaging Division as a Business Development Manager and lead growth across the North region. You will build strong customer relationships, expand existing accounts and generate new business by delivering innovative, value‑added packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential opportunities and convert them into long‑term customer accounts.
• Develop deep understanding of existing customers to uncover additional value‑creation opportunities.
• Own and execute a sales strategy that strengthens the pipeline and drives revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted packaging adviser, providing consultative guidance tailored to each customer’s commercial and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from opportunity to delivery.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious mindset with a proven track record in new‑business development and account management.
• Strong knowledge of the packaging industry, market trends and emerging commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Natural relationship‑builder with decision‑makers, establishing long‑term partnerships.
• Solid commercial and negotiation abilities to manage complex sales cycles.
