Senior Care Assistant - Night Shift

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and supervise a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of person-centered care.
• Support residents with their personal care needs while promoting independence and well-being.
• Administer medications accurately and maintain clear, precise, and up-to-date clinical records.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in diverse activities designed to enhance physical and mental health.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all residents.

Candidate Profile

• Must possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• A strong willingness to work towards achieving NVQ Level 3.
• Proven ability to lead a team and mentor junior staff members.
• Compassionate, patient, and highly organized professional.
• Ability to work consistent night shifts (38.5 hours per week).
