About the role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join a global client’s in‑house legal team in London. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional commercial contracts while developing both technical and commercial legal expertise in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
• Provide practical, commercially‑focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and manage legal risk.
• Support the legal department in delivering high‑quality, business‑oriented solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 7‑15 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs.
• Motivation to grow within a dynamic in‑house legal team.
