Senior Conduct & Compliance Manager

About the role

DF Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Conduct & Compliance Manager to lead compliance monitoring and advisory activities across its business functions. You will ensure adherence to FCA regulations, support the development of consumer lending products, and champion good consumer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on FCA Handbook requirements, focusing on CONC, PRIN and BCOBs.
• Oversee and test business compliance against sourcebooks and internal policies.
• Deliver risk‑based assurance to risk‑owners and the Board.
• Support the consumer lending hire‑purchase proposition, ensuring compliance and positive customer outcomes.
• Offer constructive input and challenge in business forums and project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting compliance monitoring reviews in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and the ability to interpret them for business units.
• High level of autonomy with sound decision‑making capabilities.
• Drive to deliver excellent consumer outcomes and support organisational growth.
