Senior Consultant

About the role

QinetiQ is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its London team. You will lead consulting engagements that address complex national‑security challenges, work with cutting‑edge technology, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex consulting projects, selecting and applying appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Develop and refine consulting methodologies aligned with the National Security Consulting team and UKI strategy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, communicating solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to UKI business growth through business development activities.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in national‑security or consulting environments.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in business analysis, business change, technical consultancy, product development, agile delivery, or project/programme management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify requirements, develop new methods and tools, and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
