The Senior Consultant position is a highly diverse role where you may run workshops, deliver projects, and help manage change across a range of sectors. It offers fast‑track career progression within a dynamic consultancy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead specific deliverables and manage critical workstreams on client engagements.
- Conduct workshops, drive project delivery, and support organisational change initiatives.
- Mentor and support less‑experienced team members, sharing technical expertise.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, IT Project Management, PMO or Change Management.
- Ability to take ownership of client engagements and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Passion for coaching junior colleagues and contributing to team success.
