Senior Consultant – Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) engagements in London. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer service solutions, from requirements validation through design, development, testing and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, fit‑gap analysis, architecture and blueprinting for Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end functionalities such as incident management, agent desktop, customer portal, knowledge base, analytics, workflows and integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, data models and deployment approaches.
• Develop custom processes, event handlers, UI extensions, scripts, business rules, reports and knowledge solutions.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent middleware.
• Provide design governance for security, performance, data retention and environment management.
• Guide project teams, advise on architecture decisions and support client workshops.

Required profile

• Techno‑functional professional with deep knowledge of Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow).
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements and transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with client leadership and internal teams.
