As our Creative Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand identity and finding innovative ways to visually narrate our story across all consumer touchpoints.

Main Missions

• Strengthen and elevate the brand visual identity without redefining its core essence.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Senior Brand Manager to align teams around a clear creative direction.
• Establish and implement more efficient creative workflows and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor the internal creative team while managing relationships with external agency partners.
• Ensure brand consistency, distinction, and creative impact across all multi-channel touchpoints.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the UK and international development plans.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in consumer creative marketing, either in-house or within an agency.
• Previous experience in senior roles such as Head of Creative, Senior Design Manager, or Creative Lead.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative direction, brand expression, and brand governance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide artistic direction and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• A professional portfolio showcasing high-level design and creative development is mandatory.
