Senior CRM Analyst (Marketing Measurement)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to join a leading UK retail organisation. The role focuses on building and embedding best‑practice measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping the business understand incremental uplift and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop CRM campaign measurement frameworks and success metrics.
• Evaluate performance across email, app, vouchers, direct mail and other channels.
• Design and implement test‑and‑control experiments to quantify incremental impact.
• Analyse results, translate insights into clear recommendations and support commercial reporting.
• Coach analysts and stakeholders on measurement methodology and best practice.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in CRM, marketing or campaign analytics.
• Proven ability to work with B2C customer data at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Commercial mindset focused on impact rather than pure reporting.

Required skills

• SQL (primary analytical tool).
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
