About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and lead the global social media strategy for a fast‑scaling beauty and e‑commerce brand. You will shape community‑first marketing, drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, and ensure the brand’s voice remains consistent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and new platforms.
• Define purpose, objectives and publishing cadence for each channel in every market.
• Set creative and performance standards, balancing global brand consistency with regional nuances.
• Identify emerging trends and platform updates to drive innovation.
• Create global content pillars, creative frameworks and best‑practice guidelines.
• Use analytics and audience insights to influence creative direction, testing and optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, saves, shares, audience growth and conversion.
• Continuously improve performance through data‑driven experimentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing social channels and building engaged communities.
• Experience managing and developing social media teams.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth strategies.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytical decision‑making.
• Deep knowledge of social trends, content formats and platform behaviours.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
