Senior Data Analyst – London (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior data analyst position is based in London with a hybrid working model (2‑3 days on site). You will join a fast‑growing advertising technology company and help shape how advanced analytics supports client delivery and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of advanced analytics projects across campaign, customer and commercial data.
• Ensure quality and best practice across analytical outputs within the BI team.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support pre‑campaign analysis, strategy development and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts, growing a small team over time.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance analytical capability.
• Contribute to improving processes, tools and ways of working within the BI function.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering analytics projects in a commercial or client‑focused setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Interest in mentoring or leading others and developing leadership skills.
• Exposure to media, marketing or agency environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Python for data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and handling large, complex datasets.
• Data modelling, data cleansing and validation techniques.
