Senior Data Analyst – Marketing & EMEA Lead

About the role

Tinder is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead regional performance insights for its Marketing function across EMEA. Based in London, you will work three days a week on‑site, partnering with Marketing, Product and Finance to translate data into actionable business narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑funnel performance narrative for the EMEA region (acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue).
• Identify opportunities and risks through data‑driven analysis and influence regional strategy.
• Drive alignment across Marketing, Product and Finance on key performance drivers.
• Lead complex investigations and deep‑dive analyses into significant performance changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data consistency and insight relevance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role within a fast‑moving consumer or tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
