Senior Data Analyst – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a forward‑thinking, data‑driven organisation seeking a senior Data Analyst to join their fully remote team in the UK. The role will involve turning complex data sets into actionable insights that directly influence business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations for senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand data requirements and deliver high‑impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes and analytical capability.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Contribute to the wider data strategy and shape how the business uses data.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience working with cloud‑based data platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to present insights confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
