Senior Director UK Flavors

About the role

The Senior Director UK Flavours leads ADM’s UK & Ireland flavours platform, a strategic hub within the global Nutrition organization. Based in London, the role involves occasional travel to UK sites and international ADM offices.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the UK flavours business, delivering against annual and long‑term financial targets.
• Define and execute the regional strategy, aligning with EMEA and global priorities and positioning the UK as a key origin hub.
• Lead integration, stabilisation and optimisation of acquired capabilities (TNS and FDL), driving operational excellence.
• Partner with commercial leadership to drive profitable growth across customers, channels and portfolio.
• Strengthen manufacturing, supply‑chain and innovation capabilities to support scalability.
• Collaborate with Creation, Design & Development and Product Management to deliver differentiated, application‑led solutions.
• Continuously optimise the portfolio to improve profitability and reduce complexity.
• Champion investment cases, capacity expansion and capability‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong matrix leadership skills and ability to influence across functions and regions.
• Track record of integrating acquisitions and delivering operational efficiencies.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
