Senior Employment Law Associate (4+ PQE) – Glasgow/Edinburgh

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Tier 3 employment team that works with national and international clients on a wide range of employment matters. As a Senior Associate you will advise on day‑to‑day HR issues, complex employee‑relations cases, corporate transactions, restructurings, investigations and senior exits, while also contributing to cross‑border projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice on advisory, contentious and transactional employment matters.
• Manage large‑scale, cross‑border projects and collaborate with colleagues across a global network.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior lawyers and participating in knowledge‑sharing events.

Required profile

• Scottish or UK qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background and passion for employment law, covering advisory, contentious and transactional work.
• Confident communicator with commercial awareness and interest in business development.
• Ambitious, motivated and ready to progress towards senior leadership.
