Join a national leader in property management and play a pivotal role in supporting government housing and regeneration ambitions. As a Senior Estate Manager, you will provide professional leadership across a vast land portfolio, ensuring high-standard asset management from acquisition to disposal.

Missions principales

• Provide professional leadership and strategic oversight for a large-scale land and property portfolio.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and proportionate management of assets, overseeing health, safety, environmental, legal, and financial risks.
• Supervise the performance of managing agents and external consultants to ensure quality and value for money.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, finance, legal, and compliance teams to maintain robust governance and quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement through participation in priority projects, service enhancements, and system optimizations.
• Support the Head of Estate Management in strategic activities and the evolution of working methodologies.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in senior estate or property management within a complex organizational structure.
• Strong professional judgment with the ability to resolve proactive problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within an agile and collaborative national team of professionals.
• Willingness to travel frequently across England, including site visits and occasional overnight stays.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary stakeholders and external contractors.
