Senior Export Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical

About the role

Our client, a leading UK pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Export Sales Manager to lead the international sales function. This remote role involves managing a team, driving export sales, and shaping business strategy across a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of international sales executives and export managers.
• Oversee buying and selling of pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings with team members.
• Develop and implement business strategy for international markets.
• Maintain relationships with wholesale, medical and pharmacy group customers worldwide.
• Identify key business opportunities and growth across more than 100 countries.
• Maximise revenue and profit while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international sales markets.
• Previous management experience.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry with solid sector understanding.
• Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
