As a Senior Financial Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing a premium portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients while actively driving business expansion through strategic networking and professional referrals.

Missions principales

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients with excellence.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of professional introducers, including lawyers, accountants, and business advisors.
• Convert internal referrals from the Investment Management team into long-term client relationships.
• Generate new business leads within the South West region through seminars, webinars, and client events.
• Deliver comprehensive, compliant, and high-quality financial advice tailored to private HNW individuals.
• Manage your own business plan, sales pipeline, and growth targets, supported by a strong distribution strategy.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Financial Planner, specifically working with HNW/UHNW individuals.
• Strong business development mindset with a tracksel record of generating new business.
• Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build relationships with professional intermediaries.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a complex pipeline and meet ambitious growth objectives.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice.
