Senior Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join a leading UK wealth management firm. The role supports a team of Financial Planners, delivering first‑class service to high‑net‑worth clients in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage back‑office systems.
• Request policy information from providers and prepare meeting packs and client valuations.
• Liaise with internal operational teams on transfers, client instructions and account administration.
• Process new business and proactively manage cases through to completion.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and delivers excellent client outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years’ experience in financial services administration.
• Experience supporting Financial Planners, Wealth Managers or Financial Advisers.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and client service abilities.
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
• Proactive, professional approach with a desire for a long‑term career in wealth management.
• Interest in pursuing professional qualifications is advantageous.
