Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our high‑performing finance team on an initial six‑month contract. In this highly visible position you will partner directly with senior stakeholders and business leaders, providing financial insight, forecasting expertise and commercial challenge to support growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting for the business.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Support the development and improvement of financial processes, controls and decision‑support tools.
• Provide commercial challenge and insight across the organisation, influencing business decisions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven FP&A experience within a non‑life insurance environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast‑paced setting.
