About the role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Commercial Finance team at LADbible Group. The role will be based in Manchester and will work in a hybrid setting, supporting the financial performance of a fast‑growing digital entertainment business.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the rolling forecast model for the Group.
  • Work closely with senior finance stakeholders and business partners to translate operational data into actionable insights.
  • Analyse large and complex data sets to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Provide regular financial reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, with exposure to the Director of Commercial Finance and the CFO.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data volumes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders.
  • Self‑starter attitude with a focus on ownership of financial models.
