Main Missions

• Drive engineering excellence by participating in code reviews and promoting a culture of high-quality code and knowledge sharing.
• Implement secure coding practices and robust unit testing to ensure software reliability and security.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technological capabilities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer in a complex, large-scale software environment.
• Strong ability to work in agile environments using modern engineering methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and technical community contribution.
• Demonstrated expertise in building microservices-based architectures.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Data.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS) and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity).
• Strong commitment to secure coding and automated testing.
