Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing global SaaS organisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, you will own the creative output across digital channels, ensuring design drives engagement, leads and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital and motion design assets from concept to delivery, including social media graphics, eBooks, infographics, web elements and campaign materials.
• Lead the development and application of global brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑impact creative aligned to brand standards.
• Partner with paid‑media and SEO teams to produce assets that maximise conversion rates.
• Use performance data to optimise creative and improve results.
• Manage and support a matrix team of designers across multiple regions.
• Drive innovation by incorporating new technologies, such as AI tools, into creative workflows.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital or performance‑led environment.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is desirable.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi‑channel, commercially effective design.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
