Digital & Motion Designer

About the role

As a Digital & Motion Designer at Avenir Collective you will create high‑quality motion graphics, video content and campaign assets for a portfolio of beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands. Working closely with Brand, Growth, Ecommerce and Product teams you will ensure every digital touchpoint is on‑brand, platform‑native and drives commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations and video content for social, paid, ecommerce and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines and Figma templates across multiple brands.
• Execute 360° campaign creative across social, paid, email, retail and trade.
• Own end‑to‑end short‑form video production, including shoot support, editing, grading and delivery.
• Develop reusable motion template libraries in After Effects and Figma for each brand.
• Translate brand creative into platform‑native formats and adapt assets to all required ratios.
• Art‑direct and support on‑set content capture for product and lifestyle shoots.
• Utilise AI video and image tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Midjourney) and research assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) in daily workflow.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital and motion design, preferably in‑house or agency, within FMCG or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion, video and digital work across multiple platforms.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Figma for motion hand‑off, templates and design systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Midjourney) and research assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
