Senior ICT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager to lead high‑value server migration projects from on‑premise environments to Azure Cloud. The role is based in Manchester and offers the chance to work on strategic initiatives that support a major public sector organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver complex server migration projects to Azure Cloud.
• Coordinate resources, manage budgets and track financial performance.
• Lead change management activities and maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders.
• Control project scope, risks and issues through robust change‑control and mitigation processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and version control.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing server migrations to Azure Cloud services.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and OneDrive.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to articulate project objectives and align teams around them.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
