Senior L&D/Sales Consultant – Hybrid (Birmingham/Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Learning & Development consultant to partner with enterprise‑level sales teams. The role is hybrid, with three days on site and two days remote, and is based in Birmingham (or Manchester).

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes that directly improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including partner and internal sales stakeholders.
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution, acting as both individual contributor and project lead.
• Use data and metrics to demonstrate impact and continuously refine learning solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales environments or supporting large sales organisations.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management capabilities.
• Self‑starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable influencing senior leaders and shaping L&D strategy.
