Senior Loss Adjuster – High Net Worth & Major Loss (South East)

About the role

Are you an experienced Property Loss Adjuster looking to manage some of the most complex and high‑value claims in the market? We are seeking a senior loss adjuster to lead a portfolio of High Net Worth, Major Loss and complex property claims across the South East, delivering outstanding outcomes for prestigious clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of claims from instruction through to settlement, managing High Net Worth, Major Loss and complex property losses.
• Conduct investigations, site visits and assessments to determine cause, extent and value of losses.
• Produce high‑quality reports and technical recommendations for insurers and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with policyholders, brokers, insurers and other stakeholders throughout the claims journey.
• Ensure claims progress efficiently in line with service level agreements and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling property claims within a loss adjusting environment.
• Strong knowledge of High Net Worth and domestic property claims.
• Progress towards or completion of ACILA, FCILA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
