Senior M365 Technical Lead (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior M365 Technical Lead to join a well‑known organisation in central London. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week on‑site, and will act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365, driving design, implementation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and rollout of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and related components.
• Ensure compliance, security and proper configuration of the M365 environment.
• Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
• Produce clear documentation and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule with regular on‑site presence.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of M365, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
• Expertise in compliance, security and configuration of Microsoft 365 services.
• Service monitoring and continuous improvement capabilities.
