Senior Manager – Global Commercial Sales Pricing & Contracts

About the role

The Global Senior Manager, Pricing and Contracts will own the operational delivery, governance and worldwide implementation of pricing and contract policies for the Sales and Marketing organisation. Reporting to the Global Pricing and Policy Director, the role works closely with functional and regional teams to ensure consistent commercial practices and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and manage global pricing, contract and commercial policies, trade terms and frameworks.
• Operate policy exception management processes and provide senior‑level reporting on risk and effectiveness.
• Lead regular policy reviews and updates to keep frameworks current and fit for purpose.
• Establish and run global governance forums such as Deal Desk and Communities of Practice.
• Own commercial governance for price data mastering, including global terminology and Collibra documentation.
• Partner with the GCO Data team to improve CLM and pricing data quality and compliance.
• Drive CPQ and pricing systemisation initiatives, leading stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Support ad‑hoc projects that enhance pricing effectiveness, automation and system integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial pricing, contract management and governance at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global functional and regional teams.
• Ability to lead policy reviews, exception handling and governance forums.
• Experience delivering data‑driven pricing initiatives and system implementations.
