Senior Manager – ServiceNow Advisory Consultant

About the role

This senior leadership position supports a leading technology transformation organisation in shaping large‑scale ServiceNow strategies for enterprise and public‑sector clients across the UK. The role is strategic, advisory and consultative, focusing on C‑level engagement and transformation road‑maps rather than hands‑on administration.

Key responsibilities

• Advise enterprise and public‑sector clients on large‑scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Engage directly with C‑suite executives to influence technology strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Lead advisory engagements covering ServiceNow architecture, governance, operating models, automation and platform optimisation.
• Support complex bids, transformation deals and strategic growth initiatives within the ServiceNow practice.
• Translate business challenges into scalable, commercially viable ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership, mentor junior staff and drive capability growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cloud, infrastructure and transformation teams in large enterprise environments.

Required profile

• Strong consulting or advisory experience within ServiceNow environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, integration and platform strategy.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale ServiceNow programmes across multiple modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience at senior leadership or C‑level.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (required) and additional implementation certifications (highly desirable).
• ITIL Foundation certification and solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation discussions, influence decisions and deliver strategic outcomes.
