Senior Microservices Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Microservices Engineer within our CIO technology division, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and building the high-performance technological infrastructure that fuels our growth.

Main Missions

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient microservices applications within the CIO technology engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with Principal Engineers, Group Architecture, and cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to ensure architectural excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices and contribute to the Community of Practice.
• Help define and monitor team KPIs while supporting strategic technological initiatives.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and technical excellence.
