Senior Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our award‑winning litigation team in North West London. This senior position offers autonomy, high‑quality client work, and the chance to shape a supportive, collaborative practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters from inception to settlement or trial.
• Advise clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.
• Draft court documents, witness statements, pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Liaise with medical experts, counsel, insurers and third parties.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings and mediations.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines, protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise trainee solicitors and junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
• Proven ability to manage a varied claimant caseload independently.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
