Senior Planner

About the role

We are excited to welcome a Senior Planner to our planning team in Leeds. In this role you will work closely with project teams to develop realistic construction programmes from tender through to successful delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated programmes for tender activities, coordinating design, commercial and production elements.
• Create and maintain look‑ahead programmes and individual trade package programmes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Support and mentor project leads to enhance their planning and software skills.
• Advise on the impact of project changes and update programmes accordingly.

Required profile

• Experience using planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta or Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrable experience working on build tenders and live projects with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
