Senior Pricing Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine pricing segmentation strategies across products and customer groups.
• Analyse portfolio performance to identify pricing opportunities, trends and emerging risks.
• Develop monitoring frameworks to assess pricing effectiveness and portfolio health.
• Deliver actionable insights that improve pricing accuracy and commercial outcomes.
• Support testing and optimisation initiatives to enhance pricing performance.
• Work closely with underwriting, product, commercial and analytics teams to influence business decisions.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of pricing and analytics capabilities across the business.

Required profile

• Strong analytical experience within pricing, modelling, forecasting or quantitative analysis.
• Understanding of insurance pricing principles, segmentation methodologies or similar commercial analytics functions.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
